Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week
Shift Patterns: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - 1 Hour Lunch, 8am to 12pm Saturdays on a rotation.

As a Customer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers, delivering great service with a smile.
- Managing multiple tasks such as sourcing vehicles, resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.
- Operating with a calm, can do attitude, leveraging customer service and administration skills.
- Utilising a full UK or EU driving licence.
No prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience is required, as our proven induction training will take care of that.
