As a Customer Service Agent you will manage the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there. Our branches are busy, fast paced places; you'll be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering a great service with a smile. You'll manage more than one task at a time, from sourcing vehicles, resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts, or overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team - our proven induction training will take care of that. You'll need all of your customer service know how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, 'can do' attitude. A Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.
The Coventry branch is home to a fleet of light commercial vehicles servicing the Midlands and offers a varied, constantly changing workload. It is a busy, exciting place to be, and you will never be looking for something to do.
