As a Customer Service Agent, you bring the Northgate experience to life, managing the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are available when and where needed.
At a busy branch, you are the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service with a smile. You manage multiple tasks: sourcing vehicles to confirm bookings, resolving rental queries, handling customer account administration, and overseeing daily vehicle movements.
You do not need prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience; induction training is provided. We look for customer service know how, administrative skills, and a calm, can do attitude, plus a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
