About the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award winning service directly to customers' doors, expertly ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Life as a Customer Service Agent at AuxillisAn Auxillis branch is a busy, fast paced place. As a Customer Service Agent you will be right at the centre of it. You're often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. You excel in managing multiple tasks - from resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts, to overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
Previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience is not required; our proven induction training will cover that. You will need customer service know how, administrative skill, a calm, can do attitude, and a Full UK or EU driving licence.
