Assist in Que Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off-site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience Help backlogs at various pressure points across all departments Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations. Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence. Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues. Ad hoc duties in line with business needsExperience and Skill Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years an advantage Excellent phone handling / communication skills Experience in customer interactions in a fast paced environment is advantageous Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work Driven, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast paced, rewarding environment.We provide a working environment for our colleagues that nurtures their career ambitions.
