We are looking for an International Customer Service Agent.


What will my tasks be?

Customer Assistance: Support end consumers with understanding insurance products and resolving any related issues.

Information Provision: Provide clients with detailed information about products and coverage options.

Incident Management: Address and manage customer issues in collaboration with the operations team.

Client Follow-up: Track and follow up with clients to ensure resolution of their issues and maintain positive interactions with the company.

Administrative Collaboration: Work with the administration team to effectively manage client relationships


What profile are we looking for?

Ability to provide customer service in the following languages: English & Spanish. French and Portuguese are a plus.

Client Interaction: Ability to interact with end customers, empathy, and service orientation.

Problem-solving and Management: Service-oriented problem-solving and management skills.

Administrative and Communication Knowledge: Familiarity with administration and customer communications, including Hubspot, Aircall, WhatsApp, etc.

Learning and Excellence: Orientation towards learning and excellence.

Technology and Online Contracting: Knowledge of technology and/or online contracting processes.

Proactivity: Proactive attitude to improve any process or operation.

Ideal but not essential

Startup and Digital Experience: Experience in startup and digital environments.

Insurance or Financial Products: Experience in insurance or financial products.
