Noel Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our well-established client based in Park West, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive customer service team within a large and respected motor distributor group.
Our client is looking for a customer-focused and professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a wide variety of queries across phone, email, and internal systems. This role would particularly suit someone with previous customer service experience who is looking for a more varied and engaging position.
About the RoleWorking as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for handling customer and dealer queries across multiple well-known automotive brands. The role involves a mix of inbound calls, emails, and system-based queries, ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries received through phone, email, and internal systems
- Provide professional and efficient customer support across multiple channels
- Review and process warranty claims and related payments
- Manage B2B customer service and warranty-related queries
- Maintain accurate customer service and warranty reports
- Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments where required
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care
- Operate effectively within a dynamic and evolving team environment
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn multiple systems
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
- Living in Dublin with appropriate right to work (sponsorship NOT provided)
- Salary up to €32,500
- Monday to Friday working hours - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
