Customer Service Agent - Growth, Training & Progression

RiverRidge is seeking Customer Service Agents to join our busy Contact Centre in Duncrue. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly support and maintaining high service standards.

You'll be enrolled on a development programme to become a fully qualified Customer Service Agent within 12 months. You'll handle calls and emails, resolve issues promptly, and work with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
