Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Nottingham - 6 Month contract (Night shift, 4 on 4 off)

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisor's to work in Nottingham on a contract, this will be working on a nightshift pattern 4 on 4 off (7pm - 7am)

Job responsibilities/Skills required:

  • Provide remote technical support over the phone orientated around technical issues.
  • Solving faults and functionality, password/pin code issues
  • Follow a scripted/process flow type support service in order to ensure consistency throughout the project
  • Raising requests for replacement devices or accessories for the affected individuals.
  • Excellent customer service support experience
  • Strong attention to detail
