Customer Service Advisor Customer Service Representative Customer Support Advisor Contact Centre Advisor Crewe, Cheshire Full-Time 40 Hours per Week 7-Day Rota Variable Shifts Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team in Crewe, Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality or another service-focused environment who enjoys helping people and finding solutions.

You'll handle customer enquiries, understand their needs and take ownership of issues through to resolution, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Duties
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and with empathy.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and work towards the best possible outcome.
  • Provide clear and accurate information using a range of internal systems.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Work closely with specialist teams when additional support is required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Handle customer information responsibly and maintain high standards of data security.
  • Contribute positively to a team environment focused on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality or another service-based role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of customer queries.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
Working Hours

The role involves working 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota, with variable start and finish times within the following core opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm Saturday: 9am-6pm Sunday: 10am-5pm You will be required to work one weekend day for two out of every three weekends, with the third weekend fully off.
