JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Fridays
INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
LOCATION: Central Bournemouth
CULTURE: Friendly team in a super busy office!

The role:
- Being the first point of contact through telephone and email for new and existing customers
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Handling billing enquiries
- Transferring calls to team members
- Resolving customer complaints
- Dealing with customer orders
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong problem solving abilities
