Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (1hr lunch break), 1 in 6 Saturday's 9 am - 12 pm

Salary £25,000 per annum

Probation 3 - 6 months

There is a new opportunity to join our successful client in Bournemouth as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Starting salary is £25,000 p/a, this will increase to £26,250 p/a after successfully passing probation.

• Answer all incoming calls and deal with client queries.
• Listen to client queries, understand their needs and provide support and advice.
• Contact suppliers to provide effective correspondence on behalf of the client.
• Sort through emails.
• Maintain client records.
• Identify and engage 'emergency suppliers' as necessary and check their documentation for compliance.
• Assist with projects set by the management team.

• Holiday - 23 days, increases by 1 day after each consecutive year of service, capped at 5 additional days.
• No requirement to work Bank Holidays.
