Hours: 42.5 per week Mon - Fri, Saturday mornings overtime on a rota basis
Full UK Manual Driving licence essential.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor you are the face of our Bodyshop. Working at reception you are responsible for booking customer cars for repair/attention, preparing job cards and files, maintaining an efficient paperwork system, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging and allocating courtesy cars, and collecting payments.
Qualifications- Full UK Manual driving licence
- Excellent customer facing experience
- Strong administration and IT skills
