Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

Compensation

On-target earnings up to £36,960 per annum, comprising a base salary of £30,810 - £34,060 and an uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year. 5 days a week / 44 hours per week. Earn extra with our refer a friend scheme - T&C's Apply.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• IT literate
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
