As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our clients and act as a key link between customers and our operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating information, and delivering clear communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their transport requirements are handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our operations and planning teams, you'll help keep deliveries running smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer queries relating to deliveries, collections, and transport schedules
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status and resolve service issues when they arise
  • Liaise with internal operations and planning teams to coordinate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery updates in internal systems
  • Build strong working relationships with customer contacts
  • Support the wider customer service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

This role is fully office based.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a customer service, logistics, or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with business customers
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple queries at once
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Experience within transport, logistics, or supply chain would be advantageous but is not essential.
