We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for the customer journey, in the first instance providing customer service and admin support connected to their insurance needs, be it by phone or in person. This is a fantastic opportunity for some who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure individual and company standards are achieved.
  • Accurately update customer records and process mid-term adjustments at the clients request.
  • Deliver a high level of support to clients and internal teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently.

  • Excellent verbal and numeracy skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to affectively problem solve.
  • A good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding.
  • Confident with various IT systems.
  • Motor Insurance Experience preferred.
