Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Location: Stoke-on-Trent ST1

Responsibilities
  • Role and key responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
  • Responsible for assisting with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
  • Acting as the first face to face point of contact
  • Operating all relevant computer systems
  • Supporting face to face and electronic channel enquiries
  • Dealing with both telephone & email enquiries
  • Undertake all other general office duties as directed
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • To be able to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite and welcoming manner
Compensation and Working Hours

Pay rate: £12.71 - £14.90 per hour (PAYE, Weekly paid). Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension (if not opted out) apply. Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
