We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers at our Blackburn site.

• Greet customers onsite with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Update customers on the progress of vehicle repairs.
• Maintain and update systems with accurate customer and repair information.
• Provide exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with IT systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
