Your new role

  • Address customer queries and promote customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • Identify new opportunities and client leads
  • Frequent travel required to meet with clients across Scotland to understand their needs and provide a tailored service

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
  • IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
