Customer Service Advisor - Uncapped Bonuses & Benefits

FMG RS in Slough is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy site. You will be the face of our bodyshops, booking cars for repair, preparing job cards and providing progress reports to customers.

You will arrange courtesy cars, manage payments with care for banking and policy excesses, and liaise with customers and third parties to ensure an excellent service. Driving licence is preferable.
