Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm

Office Angels in Crawley is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to contact customers and third parties by phone, gather information, update records and provide excellent service throughout the customer journey. The role is temp to perm with hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and a salary of £12.83 per hour.

You'll assist with outbound calls, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to resolve enquiries and improve processes. Weekly pay and pension options are included.
