Customer Service Advisor - Slough (Uncapped Bonuses)

FMG Repair Services Limited in Slough is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy site. You will book customer cars in for repair, prepare job cards, and provide progress reports to customers, while arranging courtesy cars and handling payments including excesses on certain policies.

As the first point of contact, you will liaise with the customer, the bodyshop and third parties to ensure an excellent experience. Driving licence is preferable.
