Customer Service Advisor - Roofing Accounts

Marshalls, Burton-on-Trent site, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours/week). Starting salary £25,598 with annual increases and development opportunities.

You will handle inquiries from merchants and contractors, maintain relationships, and work with the Area Sales Advisor to ensure a high level of service. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, resolving queries by phone and email, and driving improvements in service.
