Customer Service Advisor - New Home Sales Developer

Location: Penrith
Salary: £27,000 - £33,069 per year
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30 - 16:00

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading new home developer in Penrith who is looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support homebuyers and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the development.

Role Purpose

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional support to customers, helping them through every stage of the home buying process. You will work closely with Sales, Build, and Aftercare teams to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and accurately while maintaining the company's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Provide guidance and support to homebuyers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Manage and update customer records accurately.

  • Work closely with Sales, Build, and Aftercare teams to resolve issues and support smooth handovers.

  • Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Support the delivery of service targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within property, new homes, or a related sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and problem solving abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
