Customer Service Advisor - Part-Time Hindi Speaking

Customer Service Advisor - Part Time Hindi Speaking (20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 3:00pm - 8:00pm, hourly rate £12.71). The role is office based near London Bridge with a well established Indian alcoholic drinks company.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team by driving customer engagement and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct research projects to deliver market and customer insights that aid sales activity and business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales support, administration or research experience.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good data management, research and organisational skills.
• Ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly.
