Customer Service Advisor - On-site, Weekend Pay

Hull City Council is recruiting for multiple full-time, permanent Customer Service roles based in Hull. The positions operate on-site in a 37-hour week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota and 24/7 availability across telephone, live chat and email channels.

Successful candidates will deliver information on a wide range of council services, ensuring first point of contact enquiries are resolved and customers are directed to online self-service where appropriate.
