Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Job Location: UK wide

Job Type: Permanent

Shift Details

Variable shift patterns between 7:00am and 10pm, 24/7, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls from customers for a variety of queries.
  • Dealing with multiple clients to deliver the best service.
  • Working with suppliers and parts.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer literacy - using a variety of in house databases.
  • Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn.
  • A can do attitude.
