Customer Service Advisor - Fast-Paced, Growth Opportunities

Activate Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Halifax site to be the first point of contact for customers, taking accident reports, handling queries and coordinating with other teams to resolve issues using our bespoke software.

This part-time, permanent role offers 22.5 hours weekly across two patterns, with shifts 8:30am-5:00pm on Mon/Wed/Sat or Mon/Wed/Sun, salary £26,228 pro rated, and a supportive, development-focused environment in a busy contact centre.
