Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast paced team based in Doncaster. This role focuses on proactive customer communication, ensuring customers are fully informed and prepared ahead of their scheduled deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming deliveries
• Confirming delivery details and ensuring accuracy of customer information
• Providing clear, friendly, and professional communication at all times
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Updating internal systems with relevant call outcomes and notes
• Working towards daily and weekly call targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable
• Ability to work in a high volume, target driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
