John Grose Group is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor for our Lowestoft dealership. You will be the first contact for customers, helping book servicing and repairs, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

You will deliver high standards of service, explain technical information clearly, keep records up-to-date, and assist with payments and inquiries. Full training is provided, with career development within the group.
