Customer Service Advisor - 4-Day Week, Insurance Support

NFU Mutual is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our Edinburgh & The Lothians Agency. Based at The Old Farmhouse, Rural Centre, West Mains, Ingliston, Newbridge, EH28 8NZ, the role is in-office with a 4-day week.

You will handle inquiries, guide customers on insurance products, and process policy changes while supporting office administration. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong telephone and IT skills, and a proactive, friendly approach.
