Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month FTC Social Housing

Warrington Housing Association in Warrington is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 Month - Maternity Cover, 35 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone, email and our portal, contributing to an excellent customer experience.

Experience in social housing or lettings is beneficial but not required; we are looking for someone with a positive, caring approach, IT literacy, and a willingness to learn processes to improve service delivery.
