Start Date: ASAP (Temp Assignment of at least 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00
The RoleWe are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our client's busy team in Appley Bridge on a temp basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and thrives in a busy, fast paced environment. The position will provide key support to the wider team, acting as a reliable "helping hand" across multiple administrative and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Assisting with matching PODs (Proof of Delivery) to records/invoices
- Handling and resolving invoice queries
- Raising credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Supporting with distribution orders and related processes
- Carrying out data processing and data entry tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with data and internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills
