Customer Service Advisor (Confidential) Warwickshire Full-Time Permanent Office-Based (5 days per week) Immediate Start RequiredA large, well-established organisation based in Warwickshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a confidential opportunity within a stable and growing business that places a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered. This is a fast-paced, office-based role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records and internal systems
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Handling complaints professionally and escalating where necessary
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (office-based preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Competent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
