About the roleWe are looking for a full-time, office-based Customer Service Advisor to join our passionate team at the Burton on Trent Site. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing caseloads, and providing a seamless service in collaboration with our sales team.
What you'll be doing:- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Managing your customer caseload and working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless service
- Resolving customer queries by email and telephone quickly and efficiently, delivering a positive experience every time
- Proactively identifying solutions and anticipating customer needs
- Championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement in our service
- Excellent telephone manner and experience in a customer service role
- Good IT skills
- Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers
