Customer Service - Insurance

You'll be joining a growing business within their Motor team, working alongside a close-knit group of 5 and reporting into an experienced Team Leader with over 20 years in the industry.
You don't need sector experience - what matters is your attitude.
They'll train you properly. They'll invest in you. But in return, they expect high standards.
The Role- Speaking with customers about insurance queries
- Providing new business quotes
- Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Delivering clear, professional, and friendly service
This isn't a scripted call centre role - it's about thinking, listening, and doing the right thing for the customer.

- £25,000 - £27,000 salary
- Monday Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (no weekends)
