Job Description

We're looking for people who take pride in doing things properly - showing up on time, presenting themselves professionally, and consistently delivering a high standard of customer service.

You'll be joining a growing business within their Motor team, working alongside a close-knit group of 5 and reporting into an experienced Team Leader with over 20 years in the industry.

You don't need sector experience - what matters is your attitude.

They'll train you properly. They'll invest in you. But in return, they expect high standards.

The Role
  • Speaking with customers about insurance queries
  • Providing new business quotes
  • Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Delivering clear, professional, and friendly service

This isn't a scripted call centre role - it's about thinking, listening, and doing the right thing for the customer.

What You'll Get
