Job Description
Overview

Customer Representative in the Nationwide branch in Barnet, Greater London, working part time (21 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday and part of Saturdays). The role involves supporting customers across all channels: in branch transactions, inbound calls, digital sales and product applications. The position is permanent, and the salary is pro rata.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with transactions at the branch tills.
  • Handle inbound calls and online enquiries, providing first class service.
  • Support product applications and digital sales.
  • Educate customers on digital banking services.
  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to compliance protocols.
Qualifications
  • Must be within a 45 minute commute of the Barnet branch.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and applications.
  • Strong customer first attitude, empathy, honesty and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and adapt style to diverse customers.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
