Customer Renewal & Retention Strategist

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a Renewals Manager for a UK-based SaaS leader in procurement and spend management. You will own a portfolio of customer contracts, drive timely renewals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working with Customer Success, Sales and Account Management, you will forecast renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure CRM data accuracy to protect recurring revenue and reduce churn. Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management are essential.
