Customer Operations Manager

FFE Ltd in Hitchin, UK is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead the Customer Operations function from order receipt through to fulfilment and aftersales support. You will manage a team of five and coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Procurement and Logistics to meet service levels.
