The Customer Operations Coordinator will manage all aspects of customer fulfilment for both internally and externally managed stock, specialising in order optimisation, third party stock management and haulier claims. The role works cross functionally with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams and serves as the key supply chain contact for customer ordering, claims and the management of finished goods stored and distributed by third party providers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Customer orders
  • Customer discrepancies and haulier claims
  • Third party ice cream management

The role initially will be a Monday to Friday office role during the probation period, and will move to a 4 days on/4 days off basis once completed.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
  • Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in warehouse management systems
  • Stock management in FMCG
  • Customer service/focus experience
