Role
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that new customers achieve success on our platform from the very start.
You'll develop strong relationships, guiding them through each phase of the onboarding process. It begins with an initial consultation to establish expectations and create a customised implementation strategy. You will coordinate stakeholders on both sides, ensuring a seamless transition from software setup through to training and ongoing project management.
In addition to onboarding, your role extends to providing ongoing support and strategic guidance. Customers will look to you for expert advice on maximising the platform's capabilities, whether troubleshooting challenges, introducing new features, or optimising existing workflows. This position is ideal for problem-solvers who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding of B2B SaaS solutions
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, preferably with startup experience
- Willingness to work from our office in The Hague, three days per week
