Customer Lifecycle Strategy Architect

Barclays is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Lead to own the integration of the customer lifecycle across value streams, translating insights into delivery and shaping activation across the lifecycle. You will coach teams to align lifecycle thinking and drive innovation, differentiation, and experimentation.
