Customer Hub Advisor - Front Desk & Support

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking proactive individuals to join our Customer Hub within the Neighbourhood Delivery Service. You will handle customer enquiries face to face at our hubs and by phone, delivering consistent, high-quality service.

You will use the Council's CRM system (Jadu) to log requests, provide accurate advice, and strive to put customers first while working on a rota that includes some Saturdays and Sundays.
