Customer-Focused Supermarket Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible)

John Lewis Partnership operates Waitrose and John Lewis stores, and is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver partner-led service and passion for food to customers. The role focuses on helpful, friendly service and helping shop operations run smoothly.

Hours include 16 hours per week with early starts Monday to Friday and some weekends starting as early as 04:00. Previous customer-facing experience is welcome, and flexibility to cover branch needs is valued by the team.
