Customer-Focused Service Advisor (Automotive)

Hendy Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Surrey to be the friendly point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for servicing. You will manage the service diary, update customers on progress, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely handovers, while promoting maintenance options.

No automotive experience is required as training is provided; a UK driving licence is essential. The role includes Saturday morning work on a rota basis with a supportive, customer-centric team.
