Customer-Focused Service Advisor - Car Dealership

Mpeople Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our client's busy Oldham site. This in-person position involves managing service bookings, coordinating repairs, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering an excellent customer experience and promoting additional services where appropriate. A minimum of 2 years in a car dealership is required.
