Customer-Facing Store Assistant (Flexible Hours)

IKEA Chester is hiring Store Assistants to join our Chester store team. You'll help customers find solutions, assist with Bistro service, support click-and-collect, and keep the store looking its best.

The role offers flexible hours with start date in 2026 and an hourly rate of £13.45. Typical shifts include 12, 16, or 24 hours per week, with some weekend work and hours from 7am to 8:30pm. We value teamwork and a customer first mindset in a fast paced retail environment.
