Job Description

TransPennine Express is offering an Express Start apprenticeship in Customer Experience in Manchester. You will spend 12 months in a dedicated area, then rotate across teams including stations and depots, building hands-on experience in customer service and operations.

The two-year programme develops skills in customer service, operations, and cross-team collaboration, with on-site duties and some home-working opportunities. A drug/alcohol screening is required.
