Customer Experience Officer

About the Project:
Join us in a pilot project aimed at enhancing the accuracy and completeness of customer records. This crucial role involves verifying and updating sensitive customer information with care and compassion, ensuring that each interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact Existing Customers: Make outbound calls using approved scripts to reassure customers about the purpose and safety of data collection.
  • Verify and Update Information: Confirm and update confidential customer details while maintaining accuracy and care.
  • Handle Sensitive Conversations: Approach discussions with empathy, professionalism, and patience, managing any customer reluctance or concerns.
  • Record Outcomes Clearly: Ensure all interactions are documented securely, following GDPR, data protection, and internal confidentiality procedures.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately input and validate confidential information gathered from calls, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
