Customer Experience Manager - Retail Leader

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Service Manager for our Bradford store. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensure product availability, and support store performance across departments. You will coach colleagues, manage rosters, and drive a culture focused on the customer experience.

You will report to the Store Manager and work closely with other managers to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards and a positive work environment.
